Shipping & Returns Information
Gaslow International Limited uses ParcelForce, Royal Mail or any Courier company to deliver its packages. Due to the way in which we operate.
Where ever possible customers will be given a choice of shipping options, most items which are held in stock will be dispatched within the same day, subject to the time the order was received by Gaslow International Limited.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure we have stock of every product we list on our site, this is not always possible and sometimes events outside of our control may cause a delay.
We offer different delivery options on our products which will be shown when you are in the checkout area. For next day delivery via ParcelForce the delivery cost is £7.00 plus VAT. We can also offer on selected items First Class, Second class & Parcel post, this will depend on what weight and size the item is. When in the checkout of the website you will be given the options available for the items you have ordered.

In addition to this policy you should also refer to our general Terms and Conditions of Sale. We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Gaslow International Limited. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
All deliveries should be carefully checked to ensure that the correct number of packages, boxes or cartons being signed for have been delivered, as no responsibility can be accepted afterwards for non, or short delivery. If there is a discrepancy all deliveries should also be signed for as unchecked, damaged or both, if both apply, unless the contents of all packages, boxes or cartons delivered are checked in front of the carrier`s delivery person. This is when any shortages or damages or both should be noted on the consignment/proof of delivery note and signed for as such. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 48 hours in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Special Orders / Personalised or Custom Orders
It is our policy that we do not exchange or refund special orders except where the item is faulty.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it is more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01509 377377.
I have changed my mind about the item I have ordered
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Consumer Protection Regulations (CPR) 2013 you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 Calendar days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the CPR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by us, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method including postage (Except where a premium / additional delivery method was specified by the customer whereupon only standard postage fees will be refunded). Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. The following items are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads and opened software.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after either date we receive the returned goods or 14 days after you provide evidence of the returned goods.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
