The Gaslow Travel Safe Adapter 01-1685 is used when a travel safe regulator hose needs replacing due to the rubber hose expiry date. The Gaslow Travel Safe Adapter is a simple way of saving money as you can re-use the travel safe adapter and discard the old hose!

The Gaslow Travel Safe Adapter 01-1685 is used when a travel safe regulator hose needs replacing due to the rubber hose expiry date. The Gaslow Travel Safe Adapter is a simple way of saving money as you can re-use the travel safe adapter and discard the old hose! Connect the Gaslow Adapter onto the end of the travel safe fitting removed from the old hose, then just attach to any Butane pigtail/regulator hose with a 21.8LH nut fitting.

The best part about this adapter is that you can replace your existing rubber hose for a stainless steel regulator hose, which gives you a 20 year warranty if you use a Gaslow Stainless hose and still be cheaper than a new Truma drive safe regulator hose.

    My rubber gas pigtails had passed their expiry date and I wanted to change them for the Gaslow Stainless Steel hoses. However, one connector on the St/Steel hoses is different and wouldn’t fit to my Travel Safe cut off valve.
    A quick chat with Gaslow and ordered 2 adapters. Very quick delivery and easy to fit. No more gas smell from rubber hoses and no worries of residue from the rubber damaging my regulator.

    A very useful adapter that saves the waste and additional cost of replacing a whole travel safe gas hose.
    This adapter allows the use of the travel safe valve with a new regular gas hose.
